git sed '{{find_text}}' '{{replace_text}}'

Replace the specified text and then commit the resulting changes with a standard commit message:
git sed -c '{{find_text}}' '{{replace_text}}'

Replace the specified text, using regular expressions:
git sed -f g '{{find_text}}' '{{replace_text}}'
