Test filename encoding conversion (don't actually change the filename):
convmv -f {{from_encoding}} -t {{to_encoding}} {{input_file}} -
Convert filename encoding and rename the file to the new encoding:
convmv -f {{from_encoding}} -t {{to_encoding}} --notest {{input_file}}
